The campaign, "Coffee with Kathleen: Fostering a Culture of Connection," was designed to bring industry professionals together to discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion. Long and Lovelady engaged in an insightful conversation during this coffee session, promoting open dialogue, learning, and collaboration. Ultimately, Christopher advises that people make an effort to acknowledge the humanity of every potential customer they may serve in their business, to offer respect and compassion, and ultimately to ask them what needs they may have in order to create the best possible service experience.
