Sheila Sarkozi, Senior Industry and Growth Marketing Manager at RepairPal, has been awarded the 2024 Outstanding Leadership Award from Women in Auto Care, recognizing her significant contributions to the automotive aftermarket and her commitment to community support. Known for her passion and resilience, she has become a pivotal leader within the automotive community, inspiring others to grow and lead. Sheila will be recognized on stage at AAPEX for the 2024 Women in Auto Care Award Ceremony on Wednesday, November 6th at 4:00 pm PT in Las Vegas.

Sheila, who grew up in Metro Detroit—the heart of the automotive industry—began her journey in aftermarket marketing over a decade ago.

I didn’t come in knowing everything about cars, but the love for this industry must run in my blood. Like so many others in the automotive aftermarket, I’ve grown to love it all: the tech, the challenges, and especially the people. Being honored alongside some of the most impactful women in the industry is truly surreal. I’m beyond humbled, deeply grateful, and honestly still in awe. I owe this recognition to the many people who have guided me along the way. I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible leaders, and I aim to give back in every way I can, offering others the same encouragement and support that was given to me.

Sheila started her career at ATEQ TPMS Tools, where she held diverse roles in Marketing, Sales, and Quality Management and developed a deep interest in diagnostic technology for tires and TPMS. Now, as Senior Manager of Industry and Growth at RepairPal, Sheila drives industry growth and marketing strategy with partners, helping to lead RepairPal’s mission of quality and transparency in automotive repair. In addition to her role at RepairPal, she serves as Social Media Champion for Women in Auto Care and volunteers as a Board Member and Head of the Marketing Committee for the Automotive Communications Council (ACC).
